Sport Relief in a nutshell

Sport Relief in association with Sainsburys brings the entire nation together to get active, raise cash and change lives.

By doing sport, having fun and raising money, everyone can do good and feel good.

All the money raised is spent helping poor and disadvantaged people turn their lives around in the UK as well as the world’s poorest countries.

The next Sport Relief Weekend is from Friday 19th - Sunday 21st March. We’d love it if you could be part of it.

In 2008 the Watford leg raised a grand total of £20,245.30

Let's see if we can smash that total!

How much does it cost to take part?

Adult (16 and over) £5

Child (under 16) £2

Family Discount (2 adults, 2 children) £12

The ENTRY fee ONLY helps to cover the cost of staging your Mile event - so make sure you get sponsored to raise money and change lives.

Sport Relief cash to help the people of Haiti

The truly devastating quake has left hundreds of thousands of people feared dead and thousands more homeless, with little access to medical supplies and food. As one of the world’s poorest countries, Haiti’s infrastructure has been rocked to its core.

Like the rest of the world, Comic Relief has been moved and saddened by the devastation and horror caused by the earthquake in Haiti and is making a donation to the Disasters Emergency Committee to help those most affected by this catastrophe.

As well as that, some of the money raised through this year’s Sport Relief campaign will go to help the people of Haiti rebuild their lives and communities.

Why not get yourself involved to be of help to those less fortunate?
