Following a full days Conference, the client required a casual but engaging evening event where the guests could relax, have fun and partake in a number of activities if they wished 

We organised on behalf of the client;

• A Western Line dance Caller with a live band
• DJ
• Sound and Lighting
• Marquee
• Western Theming, which included:
  • Haybales
  • Wagon Wheels
  • Saddles
  • Cactus'
  • Barrells
  • Bunting
  • Headwear such as Cowboy hats, Indian Headdress, Bandanas
  • Rodeo Bull
  • Tin Can Alley Rifle Shoot-out
  • Table decorations

A relaxed "Fun" factor was definitley acheived
